The following statement sets forth the privacy policy and practices for this www.dlsclaims.com website owned by DLS Claims Administration, LLC (“DLS Claims”) and for both the services provided to clients and information furnished to the general public through websites produced, maintained, and managed by DLS Claims (“dedicated case websites” or “website system”).  This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that DLS Claims does not own or control, or to people that DLS Claims does not employ or manage.

DLS Claims provides administrative support services to law firms and their clients involved in bankruptcy proceedings or class action lawsuits.  A visitor ("User") to the main DLS Claims website is provided with a link to selected dedicated case websites that contain all relevant information regarding a specific legal case.  Users may also be directed to the dedicated case websites through official court notices served on them by legal counsel.  DLS Claims typically provides its services to clients through a website system that DLS Claims produces, maintains, and manages.  DLS Claims operates its dedicated case websites and collects usage data about Users either at (i) the choice of DLS Claims, or (ii) the direction of clients hiring DLS Claims.

Whether at the choice of DLS Claims or at the direction of its Clients, we may obtain certain User personal information in order for a User to access information provided on a DLS Claims dedicated case website or through the website system.
